Nayef half-brother to 2m winner Noddies Way. Well held both starts in bumpers 7 months apart and easy enough to look elsewhere making debut in this sphere.

Useful dual bumper winner over the winter who shaped promisingly on debut in this sphere when second in a 4-runner Bath novice (11.6f) 16 days ago, rallying close home. No surprise to see him thereabouts again.

Maiden hurdler who has filled the runner-up spot both starts in this sphere to date, latterly in a 6-runner Southwell novice (12f) in March. However, he'll need to step up again to play a lead role here. Handicaps likely more his bag.

The Carbon Unit colt. Dam 8.4f winner. Thrown in at the deep end on debut and never figured when last of 6 in an Ascot listed event 3 weeks ago, flashing tail when ridden 3f out. This will reveal more.

Reliable Man colt who confirmed AW debut promise when running out a ready winner of a Redcar novice (10f) on return in April. Rates a useful prospect and he's worth a second look with the prospect of more to come.

11/4
Golden Horn filly who impressed when landing Kempton maiden (11f) on debut in April. Probably best not judged too harshly on her subsequent fifth in Cheshire Oaks and she's worth another chance to get back on the up.

Brother to Oaks winner Taghrooda who displayed promise when fourth in 8-runner Doncaster maiden (10f) on debut in March. Didn't convince at Newbury (11f) next time though and the blinkers reached for then are retained.

Forecasts

Our Jester (11/8), Hello Jumeirah (11/4), Nicholas George (7/2), Almuhit (5/1), Game Master (13/2), Vintage Valley (16/1), Tiger Jet (66/1), Easter Icon (80/1), Two Auld Pals (200/1), Nayway (300/1)

18:55 Haydock - 27 May 2022 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

An impressive winner on debut at Kempton in April, HELLO JUMEIRAH never figured when fifth in the Cheshire Oaks on her sole start since but had plausible excuses on account of the tricky track/underfoot conditions and she's worth another chance to get back on track returned to calmer waters. Nicholas George and Our Jester are others to consider, along with Game Master.
