Passing Glance half-brother to fairly useful hurdler Midnight Midge. Dam (h102) 2m-17f hurdle winner (stayed 21f). Makes paper appeal. The market should provide more clues.

Half-sister to a few winners. Stepped up a good deal on her debut (for Ed de Giles) when a close third of 6 at Ascot 9 months later. That's the best form on offer here.

HYMAC's point form has a bit of substance (only narrowly denied by a subsequent bumper winner on second start) so he might be worth siding with to make a winning start to his Rules career for the Harry Fry team, with confidence increased should the betting vibes be strong. Houi Cherie rates an obvious threat after her close third at Ascot, while St Patricks Bridge is another recruit from the pointing field who could be up to making his presence felt.
