Excellent fifth in Dawn Run Mares' Hurdle before making winning chase debut in 17f listed event at Bangor 29 days ago. A smart prospect in the making, and she's well in the mix here.

Fairly useful hurdler who easily landed the odds in 2m Perth novice in the spring. Goes chasing now and the sort to do well in this sphere, so she's no forlorn hope.

Has taken very well to fences, going in at the first attempt in 21f Fakenham handicap before good second in Huntingdon novice. Sound jumper and likely to do better still.

Fairlly useful winning hurdler who showed similar form on only her second run over fences when second of 4 to Little River Bay in 22f handicap at Uttoxeter 26 days ago. Enters calculations.

Signed off for last term with 19f handicap hurdle success at Chepstow in the spring. Likeable sort but this is no easy introduction to chasing.

Made light of 10 months off when making winning chasing bow in 5-runner novice chase at Navan (17f) 18 days ago. Lightly raced, and she has more to offer in this sphere for top Irish yard.

Forecasts

The Glancing Queen (7/4), Little River Bay (4/1), Kapard (5/1), Emmas Joy (7/1), Clondaw Caitlin (10/1), Allavina (10/1), Barbados Blue (14/1), Farne (33/1)

14:00 Warwick - 9 December 2021 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

A case can be made for all of these mares, but the most persuasive one is for LITTLE RIVER BAY who posted a borderline useful effort when scoring at Uttoxeter last month and can make it 3-3 over fences now. The Glancing Queen impressed when going in at the first time of asking in this sphere at Bangor and is feared most, although Irish raider Kapard is not taken lightly in a cracking contest.

  1. LITTLE RIVER BAY (IRE)
  2. THE GLANCING QUEEN (IRE)
  3. KAPARD
