Placed all 4 completed starts in maiden hurdles for Mouse Morris, finishing third of 16 at Fairyhouse (2½m, good to soft) when last seen in April. Worth considering now handicapping for new yard.

Fairly useful on the Flat and promising hurdles debut (for John Halley) when third at Limerick in June 2020. Little impact in various race-types for this yard, though, and it's best to look elsewhere.

Failed to build on hurdles promise debut last season, but step back in the right direction following a wind op when third on return over this C&D last month. One to consider on handicap debut.

Winner of a 15-runner Hexham maiden hurdle back in 2018. Subsequently very lightly-raced in this sphere, but went close on the Flat last month and he has to enter calculations.

Left previous handicap efforts well behind when runner-up back from a break at Perth in September. Failed to step up on that at Kelso next time, though, and may again find one or two too good.

Well held both starts over fences since returning from a lengthy layoff in May. Cheekpieces/tongue strap refitted now back hurdling and he has serious questions to answer at present.

Perth winner in July and best effort since when runner-up at Musselburgh (2m) in October. Another creditable display over 20.4f here last week and he's a key player back down in trip.

Winner of 19f claimer on final start in France, but it's hard to make a case for him judged on efforts on this side of the Channel.

Successful between the flags, but has shown mere glimmers of ability under Rules to date and this demands a significant step forward.

Well beaten all 5 starts in this sphere and didn't fare any better on chase debut at Fairyhouse last time. This Irish raider looks set for another struggle.

Missed whole of last season and comeback run at Kelso was hardly inspiring. Still, that spin will have blown away the cobwebs and, having slipped to a potentially handy mark, he's worth a second look.

Didn't show much initially over hurdles, but improved for the switch to handicaps when placed over C&D and at Newcastle last season. Possibilities if ready to roll following an 11-month absence.

The vote goes to SARVI, who found 20.4f too much of a test here last week and she is appealing back at her optimum trip. Irish-import Barney Stinson is very much of interest now pitched into a handicap, for all that his opening mark is no gift, while Ugo Du Misselot and Countermand both merit respect. However, Globetrotter is feared most on the back of his near-miss on the Flat last month.
