Winner of a 6f Lingfield novice (soft) in July. Ran well back in novice company at Kempton last time but didn't appear to get home over this trip at Newbury on his penultimate start.

Thrice-raced maiden who ran poorly when tenth of 12 in 6f maiden at Leicester (6f) last time. Given a break since and needs to bounce back on nursery debut.

Winner at Brighton over this trip earlier in the year and ran about as well as could have been expected upped in grade when eighth of 28 in valuable sales race at this course (6f) 18 days ago.

Upped in trip and improved on debut run when fourth of 12 in 7f novice at Doncaster. Failed to repeat that effort at Thirsk and has since been gelded ahead of nursery bow.

Took another step forward to make a winning nursery bow at Wolverhampton in August. Clear of the rest when second at Salisbury, but was below form under a more forceful ride at Leicester last time.

Improved on the back of a gelding operating when making a winning nursery bow at Redcar (7f, good) last month. Too free at Kempton next time though, so bounce back called for.

Showed improved form to get off the mark on nursery debut at Lingfield (7f, AW), relishing the longer trip/strong pace. Open to further improvement.

Career best when winning 9-runner nursery (13/2) at Yarmouth (7f, good to soft) 9 days ago, suited by increase in trip. Remains unexposed at 7f, so obvious contender under 6 lb penalty.

Caught the eye when fourth in a 1m Yarmouth maiden before facing an impossible task in the Zetland Stakes at this course last time. Switches to a nursery now and this is obviously more suitable.

Is getting the hang of things now and caught the eye when fifth of 14 in a 7f maiden at Kempton 15 days ago, finishing with running left under considerate handling. More to come now handicapping.

Fair maiden who wasn't seen to best effect when seventh of 16 in 5f maiden at Nottingham (good) 21 days ago, not ideally placed. Significantly up in trip for nursery bow and may do better.

Well held in maidens/novice event, though possibly needed the run after 3 months off at Windsor last time and should do better now handicapping. Tongue strap on for 1st time.

Lightly-raced maiden who found some improvement when 2½ lengths fourth of 9 to Lawful Command on nursery bow at Yarmouth (7f, good to soft) 9 days ago, not ideally placed. May well do better.

Showed more than previously when tenth of 14 in a 7f maiden at Kempton (7f) 15 days ago and will likely hold more chance now handicapping. Cheekpieces on.

Showed a bit more than first time up over 1f longer trip when ninth at Chelmsford (7f) in September, but failed to repeat that effort at Yarmouth last time. Others more persuasive on nursery bow.

BOLTON ABBEY has had a fair bit of racing but his form is largely solid, so he's worth another chance to confirm the merit of his Chester third having not been seen to best effect on his nursery/all-weather debut at Lingfield. Convection caught the eye at Kempton last time and appeals as the type to progress again now venturing into handicaps. Ibn Aldar and Siraju are a couple of others to note.
