Twice-raced maiden. 200/1, third of 13 in minor event at Newbury (7f, good) 23 days ago, sticking to task. Will be a danger to all if able to build on that much-improved effort here.

Foaled April 15. 200,000 gns yearling, Night of Thunder colt. Half-brother to 1¼m-1½m winner Ocean Wave. Yard's newcomers typically better for a run, but he needs a market check all the same.

Foaled February 2. €240,000 foal, Caravaggio colt. Dam, placed at 7.5f/1m, out of Falmouth Stakes winner Music Show. Worth a second look in the betting here with Jamie Spencer booked.

Foaled February 12. 160,000 gns yearling, Lope De Vega colt. Very much a likely-looking type for his strong connections and the market will be revealing.

Once-raced maiden. 80/1, fifth of 7 in minor event at Leicester (7f, good) on debut 21 days ago. Should improve for that experience and he's considered from an each-way perspective.

Foaled February 1. Dam, 2-y-o 7f winner, sister to very smart winner up to 9f Set Piece. Interesting to see how he measures up in the betting, particularly in relation to stablemate Salvator Mundi.

Foaled April 8. Postponed gelding. Dam, 6f/7f winner, half-sister to smart winner up to 7f (stayed 9.5f) Gold City. Yard seldom hits the target with 2-y-o newcomers.

It's tempting to assume that BRILLIANT BLUE was flattered by his latest, much-improved effort at Newbury, given that he was sent off at 200/1. However, if that form is taken at face value (winner of that novice was third in a Group 3 on Saturday) he'll surely have every chance here, despite the presence of several choicely-bred newcomers, including Tranquil Night, Glam de Vega and Salvator Mundi.

  1. BRILLIANT BLUE (IRE)
  2. TRANQUIL NIGHT
  3. GLAM DE VEGA (IRE)
