Winner of both starts at 2 yrs, but failed to make an impact in 4 runs in 2020 and he was pulled up on his Newbury reappearance in May. Off since and fair bit to prove.

Low-mileage 4-y-o who returned with comfortable victory over 7f here in May. Bounced straight back from a poor run on turf when second (Karibana just behind in third) at Chelmsford (7f) 17 days ago.

Doesn't look completely straightforward but chased home a couple of smart sorts and pulled clear of the rest when third in a Newmarket handicap in May. Lost all chance at start on sole run since.

Lightly-raced C&D winner. Found the Group 3 Craven and listed Heron too much for him in the spring but retains potential back on AW after a break (has had wind surgery).

Won first 3 starts this term, including Silver Bowl at Haydock. Had excuse in the Britannia and back on the up when third in 1m Doncaster handicap 18 days ago. Makes AW debut. Big player.

Won at Chelmsford (7f) in May. Failed to fire on turf next 2 outings but nothing wrong with his placed efforts back at Chelmsford (7f again) last twice. Back up in trip.

C&D maiden winner at 2 and made an encouraging return for new yard after 22 months off when just failing back here in August. Fair fifth on Sandown handicap debut since. Remains unexposed.

Produced a taking performance to win on handicap bow at Wolverhampton in May and has largely remained in form since. Will need to improve a bit for cheekpieces if he's to take this, though.

Three-time winner at 2 and even better form in defeat this term, just failing to get up over C&D last month. Another fine effort when second at Chelmsford since. Another to consider.

Forecasts

Raadobarg (7/2), Imperial Sands (4/1), Tiger Crusade (5/1), The Turpinator (13/2), Karibana (8/1), Royal Pleasure (8/1), Dubai Legacy (9/1), Miami Joy (12/1), Kenzai Warrior (20/1)

18:00 Kempton - 29 September 2021 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

A cracking race. RAADOBARG had been off for nearly 3 months prior to his good run at the Leger meeting so it's possible he could strip fitter with that behind him and he's taken to resume winning ways. Imperial Sands split smart pair Mostahdaf and El Drama over C&D in the spring and is an interesting runner returned to AW after a wind op. Tiger Crusade and Karibana should also get involved.

  2. IMPERIAL SANDS (IRE)
  3. TIGER CRUSADE (FR)
