Best at this trip and as good as ever when winning the Criterion Stakes at Newmarket in June. Good third in City of York 3 weeks ago and shouldn't be far away.

Smart horse who has added an Ascot listed and Epsom Group 3 (both 1m) to tally this term. Unlucky loser in this in 2018 but doesn’t arrive in the best of form this time (well held 3 of last 4 starts).

Low-mileage 3-y-o who went close in Flying Scotsman over this C&D at this meeting last season. Excellent length second in Hungerford Stakes at Newbury on his belated return last month. More to come.

Useful as a juvenile, placed in Prix Morny/Mill Reef. All the better for return when excellent fourth in Jersey Stakes at Royal Ascot but disappointed in Group 3 at Goodwood since.

DANYAH has thrived in top handicaps this season, notably when doing very well to make all in the 19-runner International at Ascot last time, and he looks well up to this kind of level on that evidence. Laneqash ran a cracker when second in the Hungerford Stakes at Newbury on his belated return and rates a big threat, while Charlie Appleby's pair Glorious Journey and D'bai look closely matched.
