C&D winner on debut who improved massively when landing the Molecomb at Goodwood. Not so good in the Prix Morny since, though back in calmer waters now returned to 5f. Very much the one to beat.

Bred to be sharp and justified support on debut at Musselburgh (5f). Back on track when fourth in the Windsor Castle but brushed aside over 6f in listed company at Newbury and now back in trip.

Has enjoyed a good campaign, winning at Bath and Newbury (listed race), and running her best race yet when a staying-on second to Attagirl dropped back to 5f at York under a penalty.

Won 3 of his first 4 starts, including the Windsor Castle at Royal Ascot (Armor fifth). Progress has rather levelled off, admittedly having stiff task in first-time cheekpieces in the Nunthorpe.

Tough and likeable type who doubled his tally when scoring at Thirsk in July, well on top at the finish. Seemed to find 6f too much in a valuable sales race at York and this is a big ask.

Useful maiden, runner-up in minor event at Chantilly and listed race at Deauville in June/July. Best effort when fifth of 11 to Corazon in Prix d'Arenberg at Longchamp last time. Cheekpieces on.

Impressive winner of 6f York maiden on debut and has kept some good company since, shaping better than the bare result in the Coventry and July Stakes before going close at Salisbury. First go at 5f.

Put experience to good use when landing 14-runner maiden at Navan a fortnight ago. Bare form very ordinary in the context of this.

Progressive filly who followed up her Lingfield victory in a Longchamp Group 3 over this trip last week, showing a cracking attitude. This is a quick turnaround but she may well have more to offer.

Hit the ground running with a pair of 5f novice events in good style at Kempton during the spring. Off 4 months and was brushed aside quite easily switched to turf behind Attagirl at York.

ARMOR's decisive Molecomb win is comfortably the best form of offer, and with the step up to 6f a potential excuse for a defeat in a French Group 1 last time, he can get back on track eased in class. This is a pretty quick turnaround for Corazon 8 days on from her Longchamp win but she's very progressive and is feared most.

  2. CORAZON (IRE)
