Placed between the flags but not enough encouragement in 2 bumpers to make him of interest in this.

Little promise in bumpers/novice hurdles (latest run here for new yard after 18 months off).

€80,000 purchase from good NH family. 9/4, promising start when second in 2m Uttoxeter novice hurdle last month, travelling well and not knocked about once beaten. Up in trip and sure to improve.

Point winner but has fallen on both starts in novice hurdles, shaping with promise when crashing out at Ascot in November, but departing early at Doncaster 4 months on.

5/4
Point winner who has run well in handicap hurdles the last twice, finishing with a flourish off steady tempo at Newbury (2m) last time. This stiffer test will suit and leading claims.

Frequent eye-catcher over hurdles for Nicky Henderson (sold out of that yard £25,000 in January). Drops back to a maiden starting out for red-hot new stable and doubtless he has a race in him.

Has looked rather raw in bumpers and might need a bit more time to get up to speed now jumping.

12/1
Promise in bumpers and a couple of maiden hurdles at around this trip. One to look out for when going handicapping over 3m+.
|
Timeform
Well held in bumpers/2 novice hurdles. Handicaps will be more his bag.
|
Timeform
Well held in Wincanton bumpers. Up markedly in trip for hurdles debut.

200/1
Little impact in points and a couple of races over hurdles.
|
Timeform
Good pedigree but has presumably had her issues and made a low-key start under a considerate ride in maiden hurdle at Exeter 3 weeks ago. Upped markedly in trip now.

13:50 Warwick - 30 March 2021 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

A good chance for JAVA POINT to open his account in this sphere after a couple of big runs in handicaps. This stiffer test will suit Kim Bailey's charge and it will be disappointing if he's not thereabouts. There is doubtless a race or two in Known and he starts out for a yard in blistering form. Tile Tapper has kept some good company over hurdles thus far and must have a fair shout down in class.
