This looks very competitive, despite the small field. Preference is for BARTON KNOLL, who gave way only late in the piece after attempting to make all in a higher grade C&D handicap last time. That was his first run following a 3-month break, so he's entitled to come on for it. Paul Nicholls has won this race twice in recent years and his representative Grand Sancy is next best ahead of Kalooki.
