Irish-point winner who gained first hurdling success at Uttoxeter in November. Suffered trio of heavy defeats after (including back over fences) but much more like it when runner-up at Warwick.

Back on track when third switched to handicaps at Hereford in November. Has failed to meet market expectations twice since (at up to 22.7f) and now back markedly in trip.

Back to form on debut for this yard when scoring over 2m at Ayr in December but has struggled for consistency since. Cheekpieces re-fitted.

Just the one win to his name over hudles but was shaping up quite nicely in handicaps during the autumn. Ran badly in a jumpers bumper last month but that run easy enough to excuse.

Long-standing maiden but close up when exiting 2 out at Taunton before finding just one too good at Bangor (16.7f, heavy) in January. Latest mid-field effort was disappointing.

Useful at best on Flat but has managed only fair form over hurdles, dropping away early in straight in a first-time visor at Market Rasen in December. Again failed to see race out last time.

Out of a half-sister to useful hurdler/top-class chaser Wishfull Thinking. Third in a point and better signs on second hurdle outing at Uttoxeter. Well held at Southwell but handicaps more suitable.

Offered little in handful of starts in Ireland. Efforts for this yard not devoid of promise and he's still unexposed, so isn't totally dismissed.

Doubled chase tally at Cartmel in July 2019 and first form for a whole when runner-up from his tumbling mark over hurdles at Sedgefield 16 days ago. Obvious player with a repeat.

A breathing operation helped JEU DE MOTS arrest the slide when runner-up at Sedgefield a fortnight ago and he now looks well treated from the same mark. Detached also found only one too good last time and is an obvious threat, with Vanderbilt of interest for place purposes.

  2. DETATCHED (IRE)
  3. VANDERBILT (IRE)
