Fairly useful winner over hurdles who weakened at Carlisle (20f) on return 11 weeks ago. Winning pointer, so he's certainly not one to write off now chasing/handicapping on back of another wind op.

Proved a different proposition switched to fences after wind op/in first-time tongue tie, winning similar event at Huntingdon in good style from the front 4 weeks ago. Can go well again up 8 lb.

Winless following 7 attempts over hurdles, but some decent efforts to his name and last month's chase debut at Huntingdon (behind Premiumaccess) after a wind op wasn't devoid of promise. Can improve.

Fair hurdler who made winning start over fences in 21f handicap at Fontwell under this rider. Good run at Sandown next time but disappointing subsequently at Sandown. Niall Houlihan back up now.

Resumed in top form in the autumn, winning Chepstow handicap hurdle and 21f Ffos Las novice handicap chase (under this rider, jumped last 2 well, gamely). 7 lb higher but can go well again.

Runner-up in Irish maiden point but efforts under Rules, including chasing debut at Taunton 8 weeks ago, have been uninspiring. His mark continues to look a stiff one.

From a good NH family but looked just modest in 4 runs over hurdles and he needs to improve plenty now going chasing upped markedly in trip.

GENERATION GAP could be worth chancing for an in-form yard. His first run over fences when behind Premiumaccess at Huntingdon was fairly promising and he could have more to offer with that under his belt. His old rival won well from the front that day and can improve further, while Lamanver Bel Ami was game when making a winning start himself over the bigger obstacles at Ffos Las and can progress.
