Some interesting newcomers on show and the market will prove highly informative but VANITAS ran to a fair level when second on her Lingfield debut so David O'Meara's daughter of Dutch Art gets the nod. Impeach also made an encouraging start when fifth at Kempton and is sure to make his presence felt, while unraced trio Maraakiz, Shielded and Lochanthem all warrant respect in an intriguing novice.
