Resumed winning ways at Bangor (20.3f) in August prior to hitting the crossbar at Fontwell. Latest run can be overlooked (brought down early on) and he has to be high on the shortlist.

Losing run stretches back to November 2016 and while he didn't shape at all badly on return at Fontwell, his subsequent effort at the same course was uninspiring.

It could be worth chancing VOILA ERIC, for whom this drop in trip looks a good move and he still has low mileage. Joly Maker was in good form prior to being brought down last time and he is feared most ahead of Tanrudy, who is another who may benefit from going back in distance. Another Tuco is also shortlisted.
