Built on hurdles debut promise when landing a 21f Ludlow maiden in February. Let down by some sloppy jumping at Newcastle on final start of last term, but good chance if more fluent on this occasion.

Left his sole bumper run well behind when winning 2m maiden at Limerick in July. That was only an ordinary race though, so more will be required under a penalty on first run for a new yard here.

Forecasts

Polish (2/1), Finisk River (5/2), Firak (3/1), Fugitives Drift (10/3), Some Spin (28/1), Dragonfruit (33/1), Fame And Hope (40/1), Arctic Valley (80/1), Alderson (300/1), O'Grady's Boy (300/1)

14:50 Bangor-on-Dee - 29 September 2020 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

FUGITIVES DRIFT looks well worth a go back up in trip given how he shaped behind a progressive one at Kempton in March, and he earns the narrow vote over Firak, who showed plenty of ability in reaching the frame all 4 outings over hurdles last season. The promising Finisk River is also well respected, despite having to concede weight all round.

  1. FUGITIVES DRIFT (IRE)
  2. FIRAK (FR)
  3. FINISK RIVER
