By Al Kazeem; tenth foal from a twice-raced sister to Avonbridge; half-sister to various winners including Trading Profit (5f-7f GB/Qatar) and Killay (1m US turf).

Bella Notte30
Age: 2|  Weight: 9-0| J: Rossa Ryan| T: R Hannon
50/1
Yet to beat a single rival in two visits to the track; bit reportedly slipped through the mouth when virtually unsteerable at Lingfield (6f) latest.
3
(10)
Horse silk
3/1
By Mayson (€40,000 yearling); eighth foal from the 1m2f-1m4f winner Arty Crafty; is closely related to the 1m Grp 3 winner Pincheck, and is a half-sister to three other winners; noteworthy.

(2)
Horse silk
25/1
By Mukhadram; fifth foal from the 7f-1m2f (Listed) winner Rosa Grace; half-sister to the 1m-1m2f winner Rosa Gold.
5
(9)
Horse silk
4/1
Second foal from an unraced dam who was a half-sister to the GB/UAE 6f-1m winner Elmonjed; stable among the winners over the past fortnight, but this filly looks to be more of a one for the future.
6
(5)
Horse silk
22/1
By Carnock Chase; slowly away and very inexperienced when finishing last of six (16-1) on recent Musselburgh debut (7f, good to soft); shouldn't be troubling Scytale on that evidence.

Horse silk
Scytale12
Age: 2|  Weight: 9-0| J: P Mulrennan| T: Grant Tuer
7/1
By Power, exceeded market expectations (50-1) when finishing 4¾L second to Broxi (Run This Way last of six) at Musselburgh (7f, good to soft) 12 days ago; steadily got the message as that race developed in earnest.
8
(8)
Horse silk
10/1
Third foal from the 1m2f winner Ana Shababiya; half-sister to the AW proven stayer Emirates Empire (1m4f-1m6f); hails from a leading yard, but may just find this 7f trip plenty sharp enough.
By Heeraat (800gns vendor foal); finished last of ten (50-1) on debut at Beverley (7½f, good to firm) 18 days ago; look elsewhere with immense confidence.
10
(11)

15:25 Haydock - 11 August 2020 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

A race which features some notable newcomers from various high-profile stables, namely Aviary, Brave Blossom and Shababiya. Therefore, until reaching the foot of the race card this had promised to be a tricky race to solve. However, with the Clive Cox-trained VERBENA declared to race, it's undeniable that she sets the clear form standard, and barring an absolute deluge of rain she should prove immensely difficult to beat. She made a most promising start to her racing career when third to the potentially useful Pomelo (Ralph Beckett) at Newbury 23 days ago.
  1. Verbena
  2. Brave Blossom
  3. Shababiya
