In first-time cheekpieces Barbarella may be able to recapture the form she showed when runner-up over 6f at this track on her seasonal return to action and so is not discounted. The unexposed Pivotal Art is also considered given he showed improved form when dropped back to this trip to finish third at Beverley & the form has recently been boosted by the second. After a below-par effort when last seen, Astrozone could be worth chancing given she is usually a more consistent sort. Therefore, the safest option looks to be MEWS HOUSE who has steadily progressed since entering handicaps & posted another respectable effort when third in a slightly better race last time.
