She's So Nice was given an astute front-running ride by Ben Curtis when scoring over C&D three weeks ago, and the ever-drying ground is probably less of a concern than the potential for competition for the lead from the 7f Kempton winner Basilicata. The horse who could profit most from such a pace-battle developing is Roger Varian's FAMILLE ROSE who is arguably nicely weighted in any case from an opening mark of 76. She saw her Haydock second to Kohinoor given a firm boost when Red Fascinator (a stablemate of She's So Nice) well and truly hacked up at Ripon last week.
