Finished well held on his bumper debut early last year before returning from over a year off to start his hurdles career. Big prices on both of his timber starts he's shown nothing in this sphere so far, yard struggling of late, makes little appeal.

One of two from this yard, form in four bumpers is fair (ran for Stuart Crawford on debut, nest bumper run). Fared better than the majority of the yard's post-lockdown runners (still looked work-in-progress) at Uttoxeter (2m, good), found weak heat.

Poor Flat maiden (0-39) who now tries his luck over hurdles having run one of his better races on the level last time. However, given his profile he's unlikely to be much better in this sphere, has plenty to find.

Ran some fair races on the Flat when with Richard Hughes at up to 1m6f but remained a maiden after seven attempts. Returned over hurdles of late after three years off the track for this yard, shown no encouragement in two starts so far.
Little show in bumpers/novice hurdles (pulled up both times over timber). Saddle slipped on the first occasion, looked amiss last time out, would be stretching the imagination to see him involved here, very limited appeal.

From a good yard/family (maiden in Irish point-to-points) he doesn't look as though he's taken on his relations ability (brother to top-class chaser Road To Respect). Shown little in two 2m novice hurdles, needs further to show any worth.

Runner-up in only completed start in Irish point-to-points, merely hinted at any ability on Rules debut over hurdles at Carlisle (2m1f, good/soft). Since had wind surgery, looks (on jockey bookings) the pick of the yard's two runners in this.

0-11 on the Flat having been tried over a variety of trips in that discipline on turf and more recently AW. Always behind at Ripon on latest starts (first run for six months), worth a try in this sphere but it does look to be clutching at straws.

Was at his best a fair handicapper on the Flat when with Roger Fell (best form/all wins at Southwell). Struggling for form since joining this yard, now goes over hurdles in the hope that this exercise may rejuvenate him, worth a market check.

Successful on the Flat in France (won a 1m claimer), before arriving at this yard (had two further starts in France for a Gallic yard). Offered little on the Flat so far back in GB, now goes hurdling, market to guide as to expectations.

Fairly useful on the Flat at best (winner over 1m for Mick Channon), ridden with more patience than on hurdling debut at Stratford (2m) last time. 25-1, fared well (fit from a Flat spin, finishing second to the market leader, obvious chance.

No Quarter Asked (13/8), I'lletyougonow (5/2), Totally Rejected (11/2), Highest Mountain (8/1), Road To Reward (11/1), Easy Bucks (20/1), Geography Teacher (33/1), Prince Consort (33/1), Clovenstone (33/1), Thecornishbarron (50/1), Reign Back Dancer (80/1), Red Caravel (100/1)

12:50 Cartmel - 26 July 2020 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

Racing makes a welcome return to the Lakeland venue but does get underway with a very weak event in which few make any solid appeal. I'LLETYOUGONOW looks to have been found a good opportunity despite being the only female in the field having found only one too good in a mares’ novice at Stratford last time. There’s nothing of the winners ilk in this field and she looks the one to beat. No Quarter Asked looks the best of the two from the Bowen yard that has struggled of late, he’s hard to ignore in this though. The McCain duo Road To Reward and Totally Rejected can’t be ignored while Geography Teacher might bounce back faced with a hurdling challenge.
