Won C&D maiden in May last year only only second start and added to that when scoring at Wolverhampton in December over extended 1m. Didn't break well became home strongly when fourth here over 1m last time and return to 1m2f lools a good call.

Made a winning start when taking Doncaster 7f maiden and has been restricted to just three starts since without success. Faded final furlong over 1m on first start since return at Doncaster and should strip fitter. Has stamina to prove.

Very well bred Invincible Spirit filly whose dam won three Listed events at 1m2f-1m3f. Won at just second time of asking when keeping on well over 1m at Bath last time and step up in trip looks tailormade. Handicap bow for top yard.

Dual scorer in French provinces last year at up to 1m2f and made promising British debut for Chris Wall when 50/1 second at Kempton 1m last month. Makes debut for new handler and up 2f but no reason he shouldn't run with credit.

Mukhadram filly who won first two starts in novice company over 7f and 1m but ran too freely after 104-day break when well beaten on handicap debut at Chelmsford last month. Far too early to write her off and there could be better seen this time.

Kempton 7f maiden winner in January on third outing and shaped as though run would do her good when sixth there on handicap bow last month after a five-month break. Worth a try over this longer trip on turf debut.

No problems with trip having won Kempton 1m2f maiden penultimate start but no surprise to see her outclassed at Royal Ascot in Group 2 last time. This is more realistic and representing top team she will have her supporters.

Expensive Dirham13
Age: 3|  Weight: 9-1| J: W Buick| T: C & M Johnston| OR:  72

Eight-race maiden but ran well on a number of occasions as a juvenile without getting her head in front. Didn't show a great deal though on her seasonal return and needs to improve markedly on that effort to trouble the principals here.

Forecasts

Hold Fast (15/8), A La Voile (3/1), Expensive Dirham (13/2), Dalanijujo (15/2), Geizy Teizy (17/2), Rue De La Gaite (10/1), Queen Of All (16/1), Lottie Marie (25/1)

A LA VOILE Is completely unexposed having had just two starts so far but her maiden success last time over a mile at Bath suggested this trip would bring out the best in here. She doesn't look overburdened on handicap bow. Hold Fast bit off more than she could chew at Royal Ascot last month but this is more her level and she could bounce back with a big effort. Top weight Geizy Teizy ran on well into fourth on her return to action last time and may make her presence felt, while Rue De La Gaite made a good start for her new handler when second last time and may take another step forward.
