Promising novice; made a winning start for Olly Murphy when edging out Medalla De Oro (beaten since at odds of 2-7f) over C&D three weeks ago; tongue-tie newly applied on this occasion.
Ex-Sir Michael Stoute; joined this trainer for £35,000 in August 2019; reasonably modest over hurdles to date - didn't last home when fourth to Ashutor over 2m2½f at Newton Abbot 12-days ago.
7f Flat winner for Michael Dods; made a pleasing introduction to hurdling (stable debut) when finishing a keeping on second to Yellow Tiger at Market Rasen (2m½f juvenile, soft) in February.
Disappointing on the Flat (0-4), including when finishing last of seven on handicap debut on Fibresand (1m6f) in October 2019; off since (264 days); thought highly unlikely on hurdles bow.
Nathaniel gelding (5,000gns yearling); it's difficult to draw too many positives from his opening efforts over hurdles; may find his niche once sent handicapping; can't be realistically considered in this type of contest.
Less productive on the Flat in more recent times (1-16), and unable to take advantage of a steadily easing handicap mark; somewhat surprisingly is now sent over hurdles seeking a revival; best watched.
10-race maiden; soundly beaten in low grade handicaps at Catterick and Market Rasen; can hold no conceivable chance at these unfavourable weights in a novice contest; look elsewhere with confidence.

Flint Hill made a pleasing start over hurdles for Ruth Jefferson, while Shareef Star shouldn't be written off just yet and could prove suited by dropping back in trip (to 2m), but this presents the perfect opportunity for the recent C&D winner ENEMY COAST AHEAD to record a second straight novice win. He makes appeal as a promising individual (for the time of the year), and although Medalla De Oro has somewhat devalued the bare winning form since, that's no major concern in a race of this nature.
