Behind Merchants Quay on debut but respectable second of four in a Group 3 at Cork 13 days ago. Will need a bit more against these but every chance of further progress.
Went close in a maiden prior to a respectable run in a Listed race here last month and appreciated the drop in class when staying on well to win a Cork maiden latest; plenty more on his plate here.
Like many from this yard, he improved markedly from debut to win a Navan maiden second time out. Won with plenty in hand, he's well bred and there's every chance of more progress to come here over this slightly longer trip.
Beaten 6l when 80/1 for his debut but left that effort behind when winning at Navan second time up. That didn't look like the strongest maiden so he will need plenty more against these.
Defied inexperience when winning a Naas maiden on debut when getting the better of a nice prospect who had the benefit of racecourse experience. That looks like strong form and yard do well with their juveniles; ought to go well.
Beaten just 1l on debut and didn't need to improve to win back here next time out. There's little doubt there's more progress on the cards here but will need a sizable step forward to win this.
Kept on well when winning a maiden at Limerick on debut over an extended 6f. Yard's runners often improve plenty from debut and they won this last year with the stable-star Siskin; interesting contender.
Forecasts
To Glory (9/4), Merchants Quay (5/2), Lucky Vega (3/1), Arctician (17/2), Eastern Voice (11/1), Forest Of Dreams (11/1), Laws Of Indices (66/1)
A tough race for punters but a chance is taken on LUCKY VEGA who was impressive when winning a decent race on debut and yard have a good strike-rate with two-year-olds. To Glory represents last year's winning trainer/jockey combination and he created a nice impression on debut while the Ballydoyle pair certainly warrant respect.
