Seven-time winner whose last success came at Redcar 7f in September last year off 3lb lower. Looked as though she'd improve for first run back at Musselburgh two weeks ago and is not out of this despite top weight.
Ex-Irish gelding whose only win so far came in Dundalk 1m claimer last September for Ger Lyons. Hasn't shown a great deal in four starts for current yard but has dropped 4lb since return run at Musselburgh and yard is in fair form now.
Only win from 18 attempts came in Doncaster 6f soft ground nursery in 2018. In good form though last two starts at Redcar, failing by just a short-head over 1m late last month. Raised 2lb but rates contender and won't be far away.
Justified good market support when staying on well at Catterick 7f 12 days ago to score off 5lb lower mark. No reason why he shouldn't be in the mix here although has never won off rating this high in the past.
Failed to score in 11 starts for Jonathan Portman although went close on a number of occasions at this trip. Joined current yard prior to latest staying-on third at Musselburgh and may well have come on for that first outing in 285 days.
Came with well timed run to win Haydock 7f h'cap penultimate start off 54 and didn't get the best of runs before staying on well off 5lb higher behind The Big House at Catterick last time. Raised further 2lb but should again be on the premises.
Only win so far came at Thirsk 7f on soft ground as a juvenile for Bryan Smart. Two runs so far for new stable and shaped with some promise when fourth last time at Musselburgh. Down 2lb since and is worth a market check with top rider booked.
Won twice over 7f in summer 2018 but no joy since. Yard having a quiet time of things but stayed on well to take second at Musselburgh two weeks ago and off 1lb lower could be coming to concert pitch.
Six-time winner, most recently over 7f at Catterick last summer off 1lb higher for Tim Easterby. Ran with credit over 1m and 1m2f first two runs for current yard before poor effort latest when beaten favourite. Drops back 3f in first-time blinkers.
3-16 on the AW at Southwell but isn't the same force on turf and has paced just once from 9 attempts in this sphere. Long last of 11 on soft ground at Hamilton on reappearance and appears to have a stiff task on that evidence.
Yard going through quiet spell and hasn't had a winner for nearly 10 months. Previous C&D winner runs from 1lb out of the handicap but shaped as though coming to hand when 25/1 third at Musselburgh four days ago.

A change of scene may be the key to POET'S MAGIC having just his second run for his current yard. He shaped well when third at Musselburgh after a long absence and may be ready to return to the winners enclosure. There are plenty of alternatives in an open event including recent Catteirck scorer The Big House, and the second that day House Deposit, on whom Danny Tudhope is an eyecatching booking. At the foot of the weights Let Right Be Done is not out of it, while Bibbidibobbidiboo and Inner Circle are others to consider.
