Horse silk
10/11
Kempton winner on debut (6f) before only beating one home in the Coventry at Royal Ascot. Carries a penalty for his success but certainly respected back in class here.

Horse silk
14/1
Badly needed first run but stepped forward at Chepstow latest when fifth of 13 beaten 3¾L. Wouldn't need much more to go close here.

Largo Bay
Age: 2|  Weight: 9-2| J: S W Kelly| T: R Hughes
6/1
30,000gns yearling son of Flintshire has a pedigree suggesting 1m plus will be his distance in time but market ultimately best guide here.

Horse silk
Light Wakeup
Age: 2|  Weight: 9-2| J: L Morris| T: M Botti
9/1
42,000gns son of Twilight Son out of a dam successful over 7f and 1m on AW. Generally newcomers from this yard are best watched.

Vamoos25
Age: 2|  Weight: 9-2| J: Tom Marquand| T: M R Channon
9/2
Third of 10 on debut at Wolverhampton promising but didn't really progress from that at Chelmsford. No surprise if he bounces back now and certainly not ready to rule him out.

Bella Notte29
Age: 2|  Weight: 8-11| J: S M Levey| T: R Hannon
22/1
Twilight Son filly last of six beaten 20L on debut at Doncaster so learning curve remains steep at this stage.

Horse silk
9/1
Sir Prancealot filly that has run to a similar level on her two starts to date, fourth of ten on latest start at Windsor., weakening late; probably needs a bit more here if she's to get off the mark.

Horse silk
100/1
Well beaten at Chepstow (10th of 12) and Windsor (last of nine). Will need a huge step forward but best watched.

Horse silk
80/1
Beaten 22L when finishing ninth of ten here on debut and although less remote at Chelmsford latest she only beat one home. Little appeal.

Forecasts

Army Of India (10/11), Vamoos (9/2), Largo Bay (6/1), Boot Scootin Baby (9/1), Light Wakeup (9/1), Charlie's Jamboree (14/1), Bella Notte (22/1), Twentysharesofgrey (80/1), Pasta La Vista (100/1)

13:00 Lingfield - 12 July 2020 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

Kempton debut winner ARMY OF INDIA was out of his depth in the Coventry last time but he looks well capable of defying the penalty here with the vast majority of his rivals looking long term prospects. Charlie's Jamboree stepped up last time and he is one of the chief dangers along with Vamoos who was third on debut but less effective last time out.
  1. Army Of India
  2. Charlie's Jamboree
  3. Vamoos
