Bred to be speedy. By War Front out of US bred unraced mare. Brother to smart 5f winner King Neptune, 6f scorer Faydhan and Alkaraama (5-6f). Holds Group 1 entry this season so held in some regard. Betting guide on debut.

Homebred first foal. Dam was placed at 7f as a juvenile and closely related to a winner from the family of past 1000 guineas winner Fairy Footsteps. Not the most appealing pedigree and others are preferred.

Very nicely related. Improved on each start to date, including when second behind smart stable companion over C&D last month. Likely to come forward once more and has leading claims.

No Nay Never colt related to some French winners. Last of five on debut at Naas (6f) recently but wasn't beaten too far. Looks the stable's second string in this however so no obvious claims.

Bobby's Kitten colt related to some speedy sorts. Dwelt and trailed throughout when last of nine in 7f maiden at this venue last month. Steps back in trip but must improve for this.

Cheap €7,000 purchase as a foal. Half-sister to up to 6f winner Head Space, 1m winner Boyfriend Brian and 6f juvenile winner Diva Dolce. Others have more appealing pedigrees and looks a tough ask on debut.

Filly by Dandy Man. Was slightly keen but made professional enough debut when second of 11 on debut at Naas (6f) six days ago. Entitled to go on from that and has bold claims in this.

€1,000 purchase as a yearling by Markaz. Dam was unraced, but half-sister to 6f winner Reckless Reward and related to Group 3 winner Andreyev. Not much appeal at all on paper and others are preferred.

Second foal by French Navy. Half-sister to 6f winner in Greece Grace The Floor, dam was a 5f winner as a juvenile and related to 7f Group 3 winner Express Wish. Yard rarely strikes with these sorts however and best watched.

Fetched €5,000 as a foal. Dam was placed between 7f and 1m2f and is a half-sister to a Listed placed 6f juvenile Make Fast. Pedigree isn't the most taking but does hold a Group 2 entry and yard are in good form.

Fight Zone (13/8), Irish Chief (9/4), Dame Dandy (9/2), Mexico City (13/2), Collective Power (14/1), Monaasib (16/1), Teresa Mendoza (18/1), Clara's Approach (66/1), Gateway To Heaven (100/1), French Company (125/1), Madame Masson (125/1)

16:15 Curragh - 10 July 2020 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

Horses with previous experience on a racetrack looks to hold the cards in this and IRISH CHIEF sets the form standard on his two performances to date. Aidan O'Brien's charge was a respectable second last time out and looked as if with more racing, he could develop into a smart enough performer. The main danger is likely to be Dame Dandy, who was a 3L second on debut and has the scope to improve, but will need to learn to settle better. Of the newcomers, Collective Power and Flight Zone posses speedy and precocious pedigrees and should be tuned up fully for their first starts on a racecourse.
  1. Irish Chief
  2. Dame Dandy
  3. Fight Zone
