A maiden she is but SARDINIA SUNSET seemingly sets the bar at a reasonable standard no less. She was second behind Sacred on debut at Newmarket last month before they finished second and fourth respectively in the Queen Mary at Royal Ascot. The third won nicely at Windsor on Monday and Roger Varian's filly can take this Listed contest to open her account. Six of her rivals are winners already, with Blackberry doing things nicely on debut at Hamilton and a likely improver now, while Miss Nay Never was only third at Thirsk but that came behind two fine prospects and she may harbour similar aspirations now.
