Sent off favourite for her AW debut over 6f at Kempton but went with little fluency and achieved less than expected. Now switched to turf for the first time and upped in grade, should know more but faces some well-bred newcomers.
Produced a debut effort that was filled with promise, travelling well through her 6f AW (Kempton) debut to finish runner-up having led for much of the race. Experience should stand her in good stead switching to turf, should play a part.
Newcomer, yard 1-70 with this type last five years; half-sister to several winners including very smart winner up to 7f James Garfield (2yo 6f winner). Yard yet to have a juvenile winner this season (0-13), best watched despite a taking pedigree.
One of two runners for the yard; newcomer, €250,000 foal, third foal, dam unraced half-sister to 1m4f Group 3 winner Claremont. Yard been slow to get going with 2yo's this season (1-17) so far, market may tell the story of the yard's expectations.
One of two Godolphin runners in this (other also a newcomer), ninth foal, sister to 2yo 7f winner Silent Bullet and 2yo 5f/6f winner Sound And Silence, both useful. Yard have a 31% strike-rate with 2yo newcomers (past five years), must be respected.
Yard a little below-par with 2yo newcomers over the past five years. Second foal, dam, unraced, closely related to useful 10.5f/11.5f winner Midnight Game out of useful maiden Midnight Angel, yard 5-17 with 2yo's this year, market to guide.
Well supported on debut (2-1f), showed plenty to work on from her initial outing at Thirsk (6f, good). Slightly short of room when the tempo increased she stuck on well to finish second (form untested), looks capable of winning a race of this nature.
Yard just 3-40 with newcomers this year, price increased 62,000gns from foal to yearling (100,00gns). Fourth foal, sister to 1m1f winner On The Balcony: dam unraced half-sister to useful 2yo 6f winner Remember You, may need this experience.
Most experienced in the field; made a promising debut at Yarmouth (6f, good/firm) going down by a short-head. Lacked the class to handle the Group 3 Albany Stakes last time (sixth), not well positioned, will appreciate this ease in grade.

The five newcomers all have reasonable backgrounds with Charlie Appleby having a terrific record with his debutantes of late and that makes his MISS JINGLES of particular interest on her initial outing. This daughter of Exceed And Excel should know her job well enough to make a winning debut. The John Gosden duo of debutant Isle Of May (also for Godolphin) and the more experienced Willabell of interest especially with the latter eased in grade this time. She’s So Nice may well set the standard on form and she’s expected to come on from her debut Thirsk run as will another once-raced sort in Glesga Gal who may well appreciate the switch to turf.
