Excelebration filly. Rank outsider for both of her starts to date and running accordingly, including 26L 10th of 13 at Roscommon (1m2f, yielding) last month. Very little on from to suggest she is up to winning this.

Excelebration filly. Half-sister to 7f winner Sholaan, Jazz Princess (1m Group 3 winner) and 1m winner Rudry Dragon. Has some promise on pedigree but yard tend to struggle with newcomers. Best watched.

80/1
Dream Ahead filly out of an Invincible Spirit mare. Slowly into stride and never a factor at all on debut when 10th of 15 in extended 7f Tipperary maiden last month. Likely to need more time so makes limited appeal.

By top Australian sprinter Brazen Beau who made promising debut over C&D but failed to back that up when 10th of 14 at Roscommon (7f, yielding) in late June. Needs to bounce back from that but some claims if bouncing back.

Starspangledbanner filly. Showed glimpses of promise when running on sixth at Naas (6f) last month. This trip should suit better and yard are currently operating in good form. Obvious claims.

Fourth foal. Dam was unraced but full-sister to 7f winner and Listed placed Charlotte Bronte and closely related to US 1m stakes winner High Maintenance. Yard are not known for juvenile winners and unlikely to make presence felt on debut start.

Siyouni filly. Gave educational ride on debut and stayed on for never nearer eighth in 6f Naas maiden last month. Bred to do better over this trip and should make notable progression from that start. Not to be discounted.

Intello filly. Outran expectations on debut and took the eye when staying-on third (beaten 2L) in Roscommon fillies' maiden (7f, yielding) in June. Bred to go over even further but represents a yard in flying form this season, leading contender.

Dragon Pulse filly. Not much was expected of on debut effort but shaped nicely under hands and heels ride when seventh of 15 at Tipperary (7f, yielding) last month. Expected to make steps forward and makes some each-way appeal.

7/2
Thrice-raced maiden who has seemingly got better with each start, placing twice including when narrow third of 13 over C&D last month. May be vulnerable to improvers but sets the form standard and can't be discounted.

Horse silk
150/1
Twice-raced Gutaifan filly and not really offering much in both of those starts, including when 13th of 18 in 6f Naas fillies' maiden in late June. Plenty more needed now and looks to be facing a tough task.

Horse silk
9/1
Rock Of Gibraltar filly. Quietly fancied on debut and was thereabouts before fading to finish fifth of 14 in 6f Naas fillies' maiden on debut start. Bred to get further and likely to be more street-wise for this so entitled to place claims.

16:55 Gowran Park - 8 July 2020 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

A contest which sees plenty of unexposed types up against some with proven form, preference is to go for the former and with MAUD GONNE SPIRIT, who exceeded expectations when staying on to take third last time out. She is expected to go well over further in time but this stiff 7f should help her improve greatly on her previously encouraging effort. Soineanta and Pirate Lass set the form standard on their previous efforts but look vulnerable to less exposed types now, while the likes of Herons Nest and Majestic Sea were both given educational rides last time out which should put them in prime position to improve significantly for racecourse experience in time.
