Gelding by Alberto Giacometti out of a Grand Tresor mare. Inexpensive €2,500 as a three-year-old. Failed to build on his shock win at odds of 50/1 on debut at Kilbeggan when beaten 11L at Limerick when last seen in May 2019. Others preferred.

Horse silk
50/1
Gelding by Scorpion. One-pace sixth of 15 beaten over 16L on debut at Tipperary last month. Sent off at odds of 66/1 on the day, which tells it's own story.
Gelding by Dylan Thomas out of a Laveron mare. Closely related to Vinabell, winner over hurdles at 2m4f. Watching brief on racecourse debut.
Three-race maiden, well beaten, tailed off on latest bumper tart at Galway in October. Hard to entertain his chances here.

Well bred son of Rip Van Winkle out of a Dalakhani mare. Well related to Kilimanjaro, a winner on the Flat over 1m2¾f/1m3¾f. Disappointed as 11/10f on debut at Limerick last month. Time to set the record straight in this contest.

16:35 Bellewstown - 8 July 2020 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

The Gordon Elliott-trained JAWBOX is turned out again to make amends for his 1¼L defeat at Limerick last month. The four-year-old can get off the mark at the second time of asking for trainer and jockey Jamie Codd, the pair striking with Mr Jackman and Tullybeg in bumpers this month. Hand In My Pocket for trainer John McConnell looks an interest prospect on return to the track along with newcomers, Laureldean Cross, the mount of Derek O'Connor and the Charles Byrnes-trained For Frank. The experienced Two Shoe Tom should not go unnoticed.
