The run of the Joseph O'Brien-trained PONDUS when second of five beaten 1L in a Listed contest at Limerick last month, puts the Sea The Moon gelding firmly in pole position here. The four-year-old can win for the third time in his career getting the better of the Mick Halford-trained Simsir and Leopardstown Listed winner, Heliac in the process. It could be a difficult contest for the rest of the field with the Jack Davison-trained Fresnel the pick of the bunch.
