Winner of a heavy ground novice hurdle over 2m at Wetherby in early March and is one to note upped in trip having finished a decent sixth on the Flat at Chepstow (2m, good) last month.
Finished mid-division in a bumper at Punchestown (yielding-to-soft) in April last year on sole start for Gordon Elliott. Pulled up twice over hurdles for this yard and wears a tongue tie for the first time on first start since wind surgery.
Placed on three of his five hurdles starts to date including when 18½L third over this C&D on good ground in September last year. Tongue tie worn that day is absent and he wears cheekpices (first time) on his first outing since wind surgery.
18 race maiden under all codes finished a good third off a mark of 119 at Fakenham (2m, good) in a handicap hurdle in March. Strong claims of taking this having finished 8¾L fourth on the Flat at Kempton (1m3f) last month.
Placed in a good-to-soft ground bumper at Worcester in October last year but has finished well beaten in both starts over hurdles. Probably best watched at present.
Good second in a bumper over an extended 1m7f at Southwell (good) in September last year but has struggled in the main since and others hold more obvious claims in this contest.
Well beaten in two starts so far including on hurdling and stable debut when 43L tenth over 2m1f at Carlisle (soft) in December. Others make more appeal on first start since wind surgery.
Best effort in two starts over hurdles in France came when finishing 12½L fifth over 2m2f at Fontainebleau (very soft) in October. Joined a good yard and is of interest on her return to action.
Beaten 16L when finishing fifth in an eight runner bumper over an extended 2m when making her debut at Stratford (good) last August. Probably best watched on hurdling debut.

ESCAPABILITY showed plenty of ability when placed twice over hurdles last season and he can register his first career success by taking this novices' hurdle. The selection has the trip and forecast underfoot conditions both in his favour and he can see off his rivals here with Diodorus who was a winner over hurdles in March while third place can go to Fleur Du Seuil who is making her debut for a new stable having shown ability in five starts in bumpers and over hurdles in France.
