Group 2 placed as a 2yo and ran a huge race in behind Love when runner-up in the 1,000 Guineas. Did too much too soon at Royal Ascot and may have found that run coming too soon after her Classic exertions; big drop in class here and the one to beat.
Winner on debut and impressive when maintaining unbeaten record at Chelmsford last month (7L winner); none of those in behind have won since but her full brother and dam were both multiple Group 1 winners and there should be more to come.
Narrowly denied on debut for Andre Fabre in France and won in stylish fashion on UK debut at Newbury; more needed but every chance she will improve here for top yard.
Listed winner as a 2yo but failed to progress from that and beaten 10l in the 1,000 Guineas latest; should improve if she settles better but will need to.
Forecasts
Fooraat (5/4), Cloak Of Spirits (10/3), Love And Thunder (9/2), Summer Romance (9/1), Onassis (9/1), Rose Of Kildare (14/1)
Cloak Of Spirits sets a good standard for her rivals to aim at having found only Love too good in the 1,000 Guineas but slight preference is for FOORAAT who looks an exciting prospect for Roger Varian and she may be able to take this step up in trip in her stride.
