Mostly consistent sort a five-time winner and stepped up on below par return latest when third at Lingfield. Arguably better on turf so should put up a similarly solid showing here.
In excellent form late last year with win at Haydock (7f) followed by seconds here and at Newcastle. Ought to stay 1m this year and the sort to resume progress so has to be respected.
2019 C&D winner who later scored here over 7f. Flopped on return and struggled over winter too but return to this venue brings him back into the equation and handicap mark now gives him a shout.
Inconsistent mare won three times in 2018 but winless last season and struggled towards the back end of the campaign so she has plenty of questions to answer here.
Twice placed 14-race maiden who finished sixth over this trip at Doncaster on return. Must improve on that but has a fine pilot and first-time cheekpieces as potential boosts.
Carries a 5lb penalty for her neck success at Thirsk over this trip on return but given that was her first run since Feb she should progress again and one to consider today.
In woeful form since his second here last August and although AW record gives him some passes for this efforts his last run here was also poor so hard to fancy.
Losing run stretches back to October 2017 and little in recent times to suggest that run will end imminently. Hard to fancy.
Forecasts
Jack Randall (10/3), Tarnhelm (4/1), Bea Ryan (5/1), Muatadel (7/1), Dancing Speed (15/2), Lagenda (17/2), Joyful Star (9/1), Lucky Violet (10/1), Robben Rainbow (25/1), Let Right Be Done (33/1)
An open look to the concluder but the vote goes to JACK RANDALL for top local trainer Iain Jardine. He was going great guns over 7f at the end of last term and can continue his improvement today in his first start at four. Recent Thirsk winner Tarnhelm will be popular and looks a danger with top-weight Muatadel also respected after an improved showing latest.
