8/1
C&D winner who has run well after taking his initial start this year at Newcastle (6f, slow). Sound effort last time when fourth to Englishman at Newmarket (6f, good), should give another sound account from the same mark.

Winless last year having won twice as a 2yo when with Mick Channon. Encouraging first effort for this yard as a 4yo after 11-months off when taking second at Wolverhampton (6.1f, standard), interesting off this mark back on turf if handling soft.

Fair handicapper but one who has struggled of late often showing some of his quirks during races (always wears a hood). Well below-par at Beverley (7.4f, good) on his return to action, well handicapped on old form but needs to show some spark.

Struggled for the most part throughout 2019 and looked out of sorts when last seen making a debut on Fibresand. Left David O'Meara during his break, now with a new yard (makes debut for them here), hard to make a solid case for his chance.

Dual winner for Tom Dascombe over sprint trips, claimed out of his yard in early 2019 after winning at Wolverhampton (6.1f, standard). Given a long break prior to making debut for this yard, shaped well twice (free both times), may do better.

Fair handicapper but not won since August 2018, looked out of sorts when last seen at the end of 2019 (last two starts). Yet to win a handicap and does have a falling mark to work with bur others present more persuasive arguments.

Put his best foot forward (for once) when taking a 6.1f AW handicap at the start of the year in first-time cheekpieces. Respectable efforts since, the latest coming on turf over C&D, with a good yard but not sure he's one to trust totally.

Long losing sequence is starting to lengthen with his last win coming back in 2017. With a good sprinting yard but went 0-8 for them last year with just a couple of respectable efforts (poor when last seen), cheekpieces now tried first-time.

Ended a long losing run after shaping well on all her starts for this yard getting off the mark back on the AW at Newcastle (6f, slow) when last seen. 7lb higher now off a fair absence, this will prove a stiffer test for this smooth traveller.

7/1
C&D winner who shaped as though he would be far better for the run over C&D last time when not beaten far by Fox Hill. Speedy sort who acts on soft and has a decent mark to work with, enters calculations despite the yard being rather quiet.

Yet to really strike a blow for this yard, tried in headgear last three starts including on his recent return over C&D when he was well held. Mark is reducing quickly but appears to lack the stimulus to take advantage, now in blinkers first-time.

Back on her last winning mark off which she took a C&D handicap last August on good-to-soft ground (shown to maximum effect in first-time blinkers). Should strip fitter after her recent return to action (without headgear, still left off).

Plenty in with chances in this wide open handicap which could be ground dependant if there is any further rain. Mr Waygu is an obvious danger to all even under a penalty having won well at Ayr last week with his yard still in good form. C&D winner I Know How has already tucked away some sound efforts this year and a repeat of his Newmarket run would see him go close. Epeius and Gullane One are both well handicapped on some of their form and can’t be ruled out but it’s Phil Makin’s JUNGLE INTHEBUNGLE who gets the narrow vote. The yard do well with their sprinters and this one looks to be no exception having run well on his yard debut at Wolverhampton.
