Smart form in 2018 (3-4 up to Listed level), highly tried last year, came up short on nearly every occasion. Back to handicaps for the first time since winning at York (7.9f, good) in 2018 off 7lb lower, has won fresh, back from a wind op.
Dual French 1m winner at up to Listed level for Andre Fabre in 2018, only ran twice last year, subsequently gelded and sold 55,000gns (October). Makes GB/stable debut for a yard in good form (handicap debut), this run should reveal more about him.
Won both 3yo starts at up to 1m before wind surgery as a 4yyo subsequently regained his form that year with a third Salisbury victory (1m, good/firm). Followed up with a good Ascot win again over 1m (race run to suit), should progress again.
Ended 4yo campaign in a slump, that didn't look as though it had ended o his first start this year, well held in Ascot's Hunt Cup (1m, good/firm). Slipped back below his last winning mark, needs to produce a convincing performance before supporting.
Won on stable debut at Chelmsford (7f, slow) last June, drawn a blank since then over different trips/surfaces (looks better on AW, yet to win on turf). Best recent turf run a second over C&D in June (beaten by improver), headgear back on.
1m July Course win middle leg of a 2019 summer hat-trick; ran well over C&D on reappearance (took third behind an improver, Ambassadorial, second). Well positioned the way the race panned out (close-up), left on same mark for this contest.
Improving sort throughout 2019 winning for the third time at Newbury (1m, good/soft) in August off an 8lb lower mark. Continued his upward curve post lockdown with another Newbury win over 1m, making all for a game win, now on a career-high mark.
Took her score to 2-2 at Lingfield/AW doing well in unfavourable circumstances to land a 1m handicap (value for more than her 1¼L win). Two seconds one over C&D have proved her worth on turf, with a 4lb rise for last win looking more than fair.

Plenty of options in this decent 4yo handicap with LADY BOWTHORPE seeking her first success away from the Polytrack at Lingfield but having already looked a capable sort of turf prior to her last win. Her second over C&D last October proving her worth not only on this surface but at this venue. Gin Palace may not find it so easy to make all this time with conditions having favoured those tactics at Newbury last time with previous C&D winner Alfred Boucher looking a bigger danger and able to reverse previous form with Ambassadorial. Power Of Darkness has run well fresh before (won’t want any rain) whilst the return to handicapping and a wind op may see Wadilsafa bounce back to life.
