AL MADHAR created a good impression when winning at HQ in July but has been absent for 11 months. Hopefully connections' patience can be rewarded with the form of that race having worked out well. Encipher is a likeable sort who won here over 7f last term and is very muh respected, while the other winner, the once raced Vintage Rascal, landed some nice bets at Windsor in October and may again figure. Inherent is a beautifully bred newcomer who could be anything, his dam having won two Group 1's, and of the other debutants Lanval and Moomba catch the eye on paper and are worth noting.
