€65,000 yearling, Mastercraftsman colt is a half-brother to 6f winner Caitie and 1m½f winner Petruchio. Well beaten and no impression on AW debut at this venue over 1m earlier this month. Plenty to prove at present.

Colt by Maxios, dam unraced. Closely related to a number of winners including Sun Queen and Brittanic, dual winner on the Tapeta surface at Newcastle. Hard to fancy on the balance of his first three career starts to date (all well beaten).

3/1
Dutch Art colt who was cheaply bought as a yearling. Closely related to minor stakes winners on dirt in the US. Not disgraced in a couple of starts at this track last month over 7f/1m but will likely need improvement to land a blow here.

Not much to shout about in two starts for trainer Kieran Cotter, both at Leopardstown last summer. Form doesn't warrant support on stable debut.

Colt by Outstrip out of a Haafhd mare. Ran well in defeat behind four future winners on debut at this venue over 7f when last seen in November. Not to be taken lightly with improvement on the cards.

Holy Roman Emperor gelding out of a Grand Lodge mare. Hard to make a case for on third career run following a couple of desperate efforts when slowly away on both occasions so far.

€160,000 yearling by Intello. Full brother to 1m2f winner Inference and closely related to various winners, including 1m scorer Answered. One pace when seventh of 14 over 1m at this track earlier this month. Place claims if building on that.

Rock Of Gibraltar filly who is closely related to multiple winners including Group 3 winner Hazapour. Sixth of 10 on debut at Galway in October before subsequent disqualification. Looks a long-term prospect.

Daughter of Camelot out of a Dalakhani mare. Improved on debut run here over 7f when running China's Storm to a head over C&D last month finishing second of nine in a maiden. Holds leading claims.

Forecasts

Juliet Rose (15/8), Dutch Admiral (3/1), Haparanda (7/2), Figurehead (8/1), Unanswered (17/2), Presgrave (9/1), Falvetti (33/1), Romann (150/1), Darkest Hour (150/1), Differentiate (150/1)

15:00 Dundalk - 20 March 2020 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

The potential improver JULIET ROSE is hard to ignore for trainer-Joseph O'Brien. The three year-old can build on a solid effort over C&D last month when finishing second of nine. The Dermot Weld pair Unanswered and the Aga Khan-owned Haparanda can emerge as the biggest dangers in this contest, while Dutch Admiral could be of interest in this in this contest stepping up in trip. The Charles O'Brien-trained Figurehead is likely to improve on his run over 7f on debut in November, while the Camelot gelding Presgrave for trainer Joseph O'Brien can give a good account if starting better than on debut over C&D last month.
