Remains in good form , ran out a ready winner over shorter here in November but seemed to stay this trip fine when runner-up at Fakenham latest; likely more to come and has every chance.
Looking nicely handicapped on the best of his form over fences but confidence in that sphere seems to have taken a knock, and he reverts to hurdles today; capable but a bit idle, and comes with plenty of risk at present.
Useful at his peak and looks fairly handicapped at present; two runs on ground plenty soft enough at Fakenham this winter suggest he retains his ability; this trip a slight concern though, and on that, others preferred.
Ran well to a point here in December but improved upon that when second at Fakenham last time, appreciating a step up in trip; not exactly thrown in on handicap debut but ought to improve, and is deserving of respect.
Some 12lb lower than his last win but that came back in 2016, and he's only been seen a handful of times since then; clearly had issues and recent form is poor, so needs a recovery now.
Has been thereabouts in her last three starts but her finishing effort has been a bit lacking more than once, but she has plenty of scope to improve and better ground may help her cause too. Yard like a winner here, and she has chances.
Back to form when second over C&D last month, and seems to reserve his best efforts for here (only hurdles win came at this track); poor back on the Flat since then but a return to a venue he likes could see a resurgence.

Plenty of these can be given chances on bits and pieces of form, and it looks open. Dundrum Wood and Who's The Boss both have scope for better, particularly the latter if she can just finish her races off a little better, and both should be thereabouts. Rumble B ran better last time out and seems to want this sort of trip, and Ice Galley tends to run some of his better races here. CONNETABLE gets the vote, as he looks particularly well handicapped now, and the drying ground is a big plus point for him. He ran well at Doncaster last month and a repeat takes him close.
