Beaten 46L when finishing fifth at Ludlow (good-to-soft) over an extended 3m1f in January on his return from a break. Races off the same mark as when winning on good ground at Ludlow last April.
Ran well when finishing 12L third in a handicap chase over an extended 2m7f at Newbury (heavy) in January. Given a short break since and is one for the shortlist in this contest.
Dual chase winner including off a 6lb lower mark in this race 12 months ago. Pulled up at Ascot (3m, heavy) last time out and strong claims of returning to form off a mark 2lb higher than when winning at Warwick (good-to-soft) in November.
Victorious over an extended 2m5f at Fontwell (soft) in October and ran well when fifth at Sandown (2m4f, soft) subsequently. Struggled upped to 3m at Kempton (good-to-soft) last month and is probably best watched in this event.
Good 3L third in a heavy ground handicap chase over this C&D in December. Pulled up at Chepstow (3m2f, heavy) next time however and is worth a check in the market on his return to this venue.
Making his seasonal debut when finishing 13½L fourth over 2m7f at Taunton (soft) early last month. Has won three times here in the past and is well handicapped on his old form as he seeks a first victory since October 2016.
Winner of three point-to-point races and has placed in two his four chase starts to date including when beaten a neck over this C&D on heavy ground in December. Interesting on return to this venue having disappointed the last twice.

Broadclyst (5/2), Le Boizelo (3/1), Quite By Chance (4/1), Air Navigator (5/1), Barbrook Star (11/2), Spider's Bite (7/1), Waikiki Waves (12/1), Aubusson (20/1)
BARBROOK STAR was the winner of this race 12 months ago and he can put a disappointing effort when pulled up last time out behind him to register another victory in this competitive staying handicap chase. Le Boizelo ran well under this amateur rider when third on his most recent outing and he can finish one place better by taking second place ahead of Quite By Chance who has shown a liking for this venue in the past.
