Won over C&D in December off 1lb lower mark and has been finishing well enough back here on each of her last two starts. No obvious reason why she shouldn't again give a good account of herself.

0-20 on Flat, only win coming in 2m h'cap hurdle at Wincanton in 2018. Placed in four of last seven starts though and went very close when caught last strides over C&D penultimate start. May be on premises but finds winning a major challenge.

November 2018 C&D winner off 3lb higher but hasn't looked likely to add to that in recent starts and looks to be in handicapper's grip at present.

Five-time course winner including at this trip six weeks ago off 2lb lower. Hampered here last time midrace and never recovered. Bold show not out of the question if things drop his way.

Had been very frustrating prior to landing first win over 1m2f at Chelmsford last month. Proved that no fluke when winning again at Kempton last time and has fine prospects of completing a hat-trick off just 3lb higher.

Hasn't looked as if he stays this far in two previous attempts at this trip. Second in three of last four starts at 7f and 1m but stamina may prove Achilles Heel this time.

Placed on last three starts off this mark but ultimately held close home over extended 1m1f. Has been running consistently at time when yard going through quiet spell so another place may be on the cards.

27-race maiden and has only placed in two starts in his career. Kept on when unplaced over extended mile last time in amateurs event but doesn't look an obvious contender on balance of form.

Forecasts

Tebay (6/5), Cheeky Rascal (4/1), Miss Elsa (11/2), Rockesbury (7/1), Music Major (12/1), Settle Petal (14/1), Pike Corner Cross (14/1), Misu Pete (14/1), Estibdaad (33/1), Margaret J (66/1)

14:00 Lingfield - 17 February 2020 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

Given the way he has won his last two starts TEBAY should take some stopping off a mark just 3lb higher than his latest comfortable success. He can maintain his winning sequence against mainly out-of-form rivals. Miss Elsa has been consistent of late and is a previous C&D winner so may give the selection most to do, while Music Major, another previous C&D winner also has fair claims if things go his way.
