Despite being beaten favourite the last twice, the Noel Meade-trained TOUT EST PERMIS can win for the second time over hurdles for connections on his tenth start. The seven-year-old has ran well in defeat in a couple of initial handicap starts since December and can improve here at the expense of the gallant Treacysenniscorthy who had a number of today's rivals behind when landing a hat-trick of wins over C&D at the Christmas festival.
