Second on debut for Sam Curling, and has won both starts since, at Carlisle and Bangor, looking a smart prospect. Has every chance to complete the hat-trick now.
First foal of an unraced sister to useful staying chaser Sizing Coal. Yard's bumper runners tend to need experience (2-64 in recent seasons), and passed over here.
Shirocco half-brother to point winner Little Miss Darsi. Ran well when head second to Fantasio d'Alene in an amateur event at Punchestown for John McConnell, and matched that when third at Leopardstown for new yard last time. Solid place claims.
Arcadio gelding who was a 14/1 shot when slipping up early in bumper won by Blazing Port at Sedgefield on debut. Hard to gauge his ability on that, and market again the best guide.
Full-brother to Flat stayer Another Lincolnday and half-brother to fairly useful dual-purpose performer My Arch. Offered little when ninth of 14 to Aire Valley Lad in bumper at Newcastle
Full-brother to very smart hurdler/smart chaser Modus and half-brother to 5 winners. Makes a fair degree of appeal on breeding, and market check recommended ahead of debut.
Pivotal half-brother to 5f winner Gold Stone. In tongue tie when tailed-off sixth of 8 to Champagnesuperover in bumper at Ayr on debut. Needs to improve markedly.
Forecasts
Good Time Jonny (5/6), Chuvelo (5/4), Invisionandqmartyn (16/1), Clattering Ford (25/1), Minnimo (33/1), Kiplin (40/1), Claviere (66/1)
It's very hard to oppose the promising CHUVELO as he bids for a hat-trick, and he should be able to concede weight all round. Good Time Jonny has run to a similar level when placed on both starts to date, and looks by far the biggest danger, with Minnimo worth a market check given his likeable pedigree.
