Broke a long losing run over C&D two starts ago but couldn't build on it when only sixth of seven at Lingfield (1m2f) last month. Only 2lb above his winning mark if on a going day back over this C&D.
Failed to make an impression last time on his handicap debut after winning well at Wolverhampton on his GB/stable debut over 7f. Hood added after reportedly being too keen last time; worth another chance to show true worth.
Had a decent juvenile campaign in 2018, including winning at Epsom (7f). Only two runs last year, both in October, shaping as though the ability still remained but soft/heavy ground didn't suit and is fairly handicapped on his two-year-old form.
Both career wins have come here over 1m, the most recent of which was off a similar mark twelve months ago. Trailed home last of 12 here six weeks ago and despite a declining mark is on the verge of becoming disappointing.
Showed some promise on first two runs for this yard (both 7f) after coming from France but disappointed on her last two runs; here over 1m and then upped to this trip at Lingfield last month. Cheekpieces added to hood and more required.
Dual winner over this trip early last year before adding further victories at 1m4f/1m6f. Stayed on well over 2m at Lingfield last time after 1m6f win here but takes a marked drop back in trip off a career-high mark, which makes things tricky.
Previous C&D winner shaped well back over C&D after a 140-day break last month, finishing fourth and beaten just 3¼L. Still 4lb above his last win but was placed off higher in June and can go well again.
Now with his fourth yard he makes his debut today for them although he hasn't shown much of late for two other stables. 1-21 on the Flat he's not going to be one you would expect to make immediate progress for the stable switch.

Lucky's Dream (15/8), Rotherwick (7/2), Affluence (9/2), Wimpole Hall (5/1), Royal Big Night (7/1), Reponse Exacte (7/1), Philamundo (8/1), Abel Tasman (16/1), Motawaafeq (20/1)
After a long absence, ROYAL BIG NIGHT, ran two fair races on unsuitably testing ground in October and will benefit from returning to this surface. He remains fairly handicapped on his juvenile form and unexposed over this trip. Motawaafeq made a winning GB debut two starts back for this yard and should be forgiven his last effort, which wasn't his true running whilst Lucky's Dream is consistent and goes well at this venue.
