Form has been on the slide in 2019, but still several efforts that give him claims from this mark, including when not beaten far in a Chelmsford claimer in October. Won twice here last winter. Player.
Polytrack winner at Chelmsford, though held behind Highland Acclaim on his only run here in February. Hasn't shown enough in recent months to suggest that today will be his day.
C&D winner (beat Highland Acclaim a neck) in January. Now 15lb better off with that reopposing rival, but has been way below the level of form of that success for some time. Step back in right direction here last time, but still more needed.
Wetherby winner (1m, good to firm) in May, when 3lb lower. Has a squeak from this mark based on several runs since and if he can start better than he did here last time, when he blew his chance, he can't be ruled out.
Sole win came in a Beverley claimer last year (5f, good). Has posted some respectable efforts at this venue, and went close at Chelmsford (7f) on her penultimate start. 1lb higher here, but not ruled out.
Dual fast ground turf winner who is 0-13 on AW, where she has been placed three times over 6f on Chelmsford's Polytrack. Not easy to fancy on recent form.
Moderate fayre and this drop in class could be what dual course winner HIGHLAND ACCLAIM needs to get back to winning ways. Fitzy could mount a serious challenge, while Kodiline, Islay Mist and Sylviacliffs may all be capable of making an impact.
