£300,000 buy for Cheveley Park Stud, FERNY HOLLOW can get off the mark on debut for trainer and jockey combination of Willie and Patrick Mullins. The Westerner gelding impressed when winning a point-to-point in February by 15L and can land the closing contest ahead of the Gordon Elliott-trained Ragnar Lodbrok, the mount of jockey Jamie Codd. Gigginstown House Stud-owned pair Eric Bloodaxe and Favori De Champdou will be interesting to follow in the coming months with the same to be said for the Jessica Harrington-trained Crosshill and Gabbys Cross in the colours of owner Roger Brookhouse.
