Buddy Richt1578
Age: 6|  Weight: 11-12| J: Mr J J Codd| T: M Brassil
40/1
Promising debut at Fairyhouse on February 2018 and possibly something amiss next when disappointing here given subsequent 578-day absence. Market can guide after long layoff.
2
Horse silk
100/1
Placed in two bumpers last season but disappointed since and jumped poorly when ninth of 11 on hurdles bow at Gowran Park. Slightly better at Thurles two weeks ago but much more needed here.
3
Horse silk
8/1
Kilbeggan bumper winner a quite respectable fourth of 25 at Naas 17 days ago albeit ultimately well held. This at least as deep so may have to improve to make the frame but every chance he can do.
4
Horse silk
Dlauro195
Age: 6|  Weight: 11-12| J: M P Walsh| T: J P O'Brien| CD
1/1
Bought for £410,000 after winning lone point-to-point and duly hacked up here by 11L in only bumper start. Exciting prospect who should be a Graded performer this winter and very much the one to beat here.
Newcomer by Jeremey is a half-brother to point/2m-2m6f hurdle/chase winner Gracemount. Probably best watched in a warm maiden on debut.

Jail Boreen24
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-12| J: N P Madden| T: A L T Moore
100/1
Presenting gelding was never a factor when 16th of 17 on debut at Down Royal so best watched for now.
7
Horse silk
Rebellitoh1804
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-12| J: Brian Hayes| T: W P Mullins
20/1
Winner of two of his six career starts on the Flat in France and likely to be a warm order for powerful connections on hurdling debut here. Yard also run Zenon and Fils Spiritual.
8
Horse silk
Sizing Pottsiet218
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-12| J: R M Power| T: Mrs J Harrington| D
3/1
Winning start at Leopardstown in bumper in March last year, lightly-raced since and finished third of eight recently at Fairyhouse in first-time tongue tie (retained). Others seemingly have more scope.
9
Horse silk
100/1
Fell in a maiden hurdle at Gowran Park in March on debut before finishing midfield at Naas earlier this month. Best watched again with handicaps likely round the corner.
10
Horse silk
Zenon24
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-12| J: D E Mullins| T: W P Mullins
16/1
Very useful Flat performer in 2017 for John Gosden and made a respectable start over hurdles at Down Royal finishing fifth to champion bumper winner Envoi Allen. Each-way claims on that and one of three for the champion trainer here.
11
Horse silk
50/1
Finished ahead of midfield without placing in his three bumpers so has potential but this a hurdles baptism of fire.
12
Horse silk
66/1
Newcomer by Imperial Monarch who cost €32,000 last year is closely related to useful bumper/2m hurdle winner Red Jack. In respected hands but tough ask on debut.
13
Horse silk
100/1
Not involved heavily in two completed hurdles and a fall sandwiched in between another reason to look elsewhere here.
14
Horse silk
Fils Spirituel212
Age: 4|  Weight: 11-9| J: Paul Townend| T: W P Mullins| D
7/2
Won lone French bumper before being recruited to the champion trainer. Stable jockey aboard and very high on the shortlist today in the Gold Cup winning colours of Al Boum Photo who was also recruited from France.
15
Horse silk
100/1
Well held in a Thurles bumper and a maiden hurdle here so remains one best watched.
16
Horse silk
100/1
Moderate Flat maiden who refused in last start on the level. Can only be watched.
17
Horse silk
Plentiful512
Age: 4|  Weight: 11-9| J: Donagh Meyler| T: E Doyle
100/1
Failed to beat a rival in last two of three total starts on the level last summer. Best watched.
18
Horse silk
Schedar9
Age: 4|  Weight: 11-9| J: C J Orr(5)| T: M J McDonagh
100/1
Well related but only beat one in a 24-runner Cork maiden hurdle on debut so is best watched for now.
19
Horse silk
66/1
Well held here in lone bumper last season and unseated at the first on hurdles debut. Given connections he isn't ignored but others make greater appeal.
20
Horse silk
66/1
Ballinrobe bumper winner probably best watched here against the boys on hurdles bow but likely win races against her own sex this winter.
21
Horse silk
China Princess17
Age: 4|  Weight: 11-2| J: K C Sexton| T: Peter Fahey| D
100/1
Ballinrobe bumper winner subsequently held in a warmer contest and non-factor on hurdles bow recently so still has a bit to prove here.
22
Horse silk
100/1
Mahler filly was tailed off in a Cork maiden on debut and although she has much scope for improvement she can only realistically be watched today.

13:10 Punchestown - 26 November 2019 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

Joseph O'Brien's hurdles debutant DLAURO features in the betting for all of the Cheltenham novice hurdle races and although it is way too early to be thinking about such races he can further enhance his reputation by remaining unbeaten here to add to his hugely impressive point and bumper successes. Willie Mullins runs three and all of them merit respect. His apparent first string is Paul Townend's mount Fils Spirituel and the master of Closutton's unparalleled record with French recruits means he is then most feared. Stablemate Zenon may also play a big part given his smart Flat form in 2017 and respectable hurdles bow.
