7/1
Solid and consistent winner of two of his eight career starts with the latest success coming last time out in a Curragh 6½f contest last month off a 7lb lower mark. Last of five on sole visit here over 5f but more expected here.

Eight-race maiden. Ran well in defeat on polytrack debut at this venue last month over 5f beaten 1¾L. No surprise to see a big run once again assisted by first-time blinkers.

Six-race maiden appears to be struggling a little in a number of starts on turf since his debut in June. Plenty of work to be done on debut at the Co Louth track.

€24,000 yearling. Fifth foal. Half-brother to 6f winner Elizabeth Bennet. Down the field in three career starts on turf and very little to be positive about on polytrack debut.

Daughter of Kitten's Joy cost $6,000 as a yearling and €32,000 as a juvenile. Posted a career best effort when running On Tick to ¾L at this track over 5f last month. More progress possible and not dismissed.

Anjaal filly. Related to a winner in the Czech Republic. Generally well held in three initial career starts on turf, all starting over 7f. Capable of improvement if drop in trip and first start at this venue suits.

Has failed to hit the frame in any of her seven career starts to date. Mixed messages in a number of starts since June and probably best watched making AW debut here.

Six-race maiden. Appears to be flattered by her third of 13 beaten a little over 2L at Sligo in August as that effort is surrounded by a number of dismal performances. Hasn't looked a winner in waiting in recent starts.

Rolling Wave49
Age: 2|  Weight: 8-12| J: C D Maxwell(3)| T: A Leahy| OR:  57
18/1
Without a win in six career starts to date but managed to post a best effort when last seen in September finishing third of 13 beaten 5¾L in a Naas 6f maiden on good ground. Worth a market check.

Five-race maiden on turf now makes AW debut. First time cheekpieces unlikely to bring about the required amount of progression needed to land a blow here.

Down the field, beaten over 10L on each of his three career starts so far. Appears to have a mountain to climb based on what he has shown so far as the Outstrip colt gears up for his AW debut.

Poor return from three runs on turf since May but not disgraced in a couple of initial starts here in the spring. May be capable of better with notable jockey booking.

not much to shout about in three dismal efforts on turf before an encouraging run over 5f on AW debut at this track last month when beaten 4¼L. Step up in trip likely to suit.

Five-race maiden generally well held on each of her below-par displays so far. Market likely to reveal expectations on AW debut at this track.

14:45 Dundalk - 6 November 2019 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

If getting across from stall 12, the fast travelling Voice Of Hope could give the solid and consistent THE KING OF KELLS a nice pull into the race as the Tough As Nails gelding attempts to land a third career win. The Michael Mulvany-trianed juvenile is in good form currently and can see off the attentions of his biggest dangers in the shape of the improving Kitten On The Keys, the Gavin Cromwell-trained Almost A Dream with jockey Chris Hayes in the plate and the Joseph O'Brien-trained Tinkerbells Effect who will be looking to improve in first-time blinkers.
  1. The King Of Kells
  2. Almost A Dream
  3. Tinkerbells Effect
