Fair form in bumpers winning at the fourth attempt in that sphere but has failed to impress over hurdles as yet jumping poorly on both occasions. Would need to show a vast improvement to get involved on his third hurdling start.
Irish point-to-point winner on his second start having been pulled up on his debut in that sphere. May have found the 2m too short on his Rules debut at Uttoxeter over hurdles (bred more for stamina); likely to need more time before making an impact.
Cost £110,000 after winning his second start in Irish point-to-points by 9L, now makes his Rules debut. Dam unplaced bumpers, half-sister to 2m2f hurdle winner Irish Tzar, family of dual Thyestes Chase winner Wylde Hide; could run into a place.
Fell on his sole point-to-point start; improved with every run under Rules taking his last two bumpers defying a penalty at Perth last time. Initial win came here on the inner track, now goes hurdling for the first time; looks a likely contender.
Second to the talented Andy Dufresne (subsequent bumper winner) on his sole Irish point-to-point start he ran a fine race (strong in the betting) when second at Newbury on bumper debut. Now goes over hurdles for the first time; sure to be in the mix.
Strongly supported for his bumper debut (yard do well in that sphere) he just came up short at Kelso early in the year to an above-average sort (had the benefit of a run). Disappointed subsequently when odds-on at Newcastle; now makes hurdles debut.
Modest form in a couple of bumpers in May/June; shaped better than the bare result on debut but may have found the race coming too soon the second time. Showed very little on his hurdling debut here over 2m1f; hard to seen him involved.
Had just one third to show for some poor efforts in Irish point-to-points (that place coming on his sole completion). Looks as though he's being brought along gradually over hurdles; returns from a fair absence, not one to get too excited about.
Remains with one standout but still questionable effort to his name; most of his remaining form is very modest and it's hard to think that he will be of any interest outside of basement level handicaps.
Formerly with Guy Cherel this will be his GB/stable debut having gained plenty of experience in his native land but has only won once over two years ago in an Auteuil chase. Hard to weigh up off a long absence but certainly has ability.
From a stable that are in rather a fallow spell at the moment this one comes from a family that the yard know well and whilst he showed ability on his bumper debut he may need some time yet. Goes hurdling for the first time upped in trip.
Despite his hurdling experience he very much looks the second string from this yard having already had two wind surgeries the latest after his most recent start. None of his hurdles form makes much appeal; will be better off in handicaps.
Gradually got his act together in Irish point-to-points scoring by a head on his fourth start before being sold for £24,000. Very much in need of the experience when beaten a long way on his only hurdles start so far (went in snatches); best watched.
Fared poorly in two bumpers when with Venetia Williams (hooded for one of the starts); far too free on his one start so far for this yard in a Hexham bumper. Withdrawn at Market Rasen recently when bolting before the start; hurdles debut.
One sound piece of bumper form from her three attempts in that sphere before making her hurdling debut last time at Hexham (2m). Found that test inadequate; longer trips and handicaps beckon further down the line.
Made 13 starts in Irish point-to-points but remained a maiden after those numerous attempts and was never dangerous on her initial hurdles outing. Not much was expected (started 200-1); same scenario is likely to be repeated here.
Bumper form on a variety of ground and courses including here has no more than a modest feel about it. Failed to improve for more positive tactics last time at Sedgefield; this trip should suit on hurdles debut; unlikely to be good enough though.

This may not be as competitive as the numbers suggest with the Colin Tizzard-trained hurdling newcomer FAUSTINOVICK looking to have been found a decent opportunity having been second on his only two starts so far. He chased home a well-thought of subsequent bumper winner on his only start between the flags and then filled the same position on his Rules debut in a Newbury bumper this time following home a subsequent Grade 2 bumper winner. Dual bumper scorer Equus Dancer and French import Pichelot who returns from a long absence look the main dangers. Others of interest for the future include Dancewiththewind, Rare Clouds and Glenduff.
