Dual bumper winner (placed in a Grade 2 bumper at Aintree) and unbeaten in two starts over hurdles. Particularly impressive at Newton Abbot last time and sets a solid standard, though has to concede weight to all.
Impressive when winning at Sedgefield by 5L on hurdle debut and ran well in defeat at Warwick last time but won't get away with jumping right throughout this contest as he has on both previous starts.
Unbeaten having won both bumper starts and his hurdles debut last time out when bolting up at Worcester. Could well come on for that run and the form looks rock solid.
Arcano gelding making his hurdles debut. Fairly useful on the Flat (last handicap win from a mark of 67) but likely up against it in a race this deep.

A tricky puzzle to solve but there was a lot to like about the way OLD JEROBOAM won on hurdles debut last time out and he may be capable of building on that here. Thebannerkingrebel, Armandihan, Multellie all have hurdle wins to their name already and there's little to split those three on paper. Proschema could be the main danger if he can transfer all his Flat ability to this sphere for a yard with a fantastic strike-rate at this venue.
